Work carried out by Resolution Focused International (Cost & Claim) Consultant (Pvt) Ltd since 2020. Where we acted in a sub-consultancy role, the parties are described rather than named.
- Adjudication reference, bridge reconstruction, Kadawatha–Mawaramandiya, Sri Lanka — drafted Reference No. 01 to the Adjudicator for the main contractor over responsibility for the cost and delay of a high-tension pole relocation, converted it to a Statement of Claim under the Adjudicator’s procedural rules, and attended the preliminary meeting. August 2025. Settled out of the Dispute Board process.
- Orugodawatta–Ambathale Road widening (Stage 1), Sri Lanka — extension of time and associated costs claim for the main contractor, OFID-funded, submitted to the Road Development Authority. Extension of time granted in full.
- Rural road rehabilitation, Badulla District, Sri Lanka — extension of time and associated costs claim for the main contractor across approximately 80 kilometres of Asian Development Bank funded works.
- Mixed-use development, Colombo — extension of time claim for the main contractor over twenty-six delay events, in a sub-consultancy role.
- Red meat processing facility, Thumrait, Oman — evaluation and interim determination of the main contractor’s extension of time and costs claim across sixteen delay events, instructed through the lead consultant.
- Mixed-use development, Muscat, Oman — contracts and commercial manager within the project management consultancy team, 2021 until the taking-over certificate in 2024.
- Carrick-on-Shannon Respite House, Ireland — bill of quantities for external works. Incorporated into the main bill of quantities. Our only European engagement to date.
