How we work
Measurement is checkable work, and we expect it to be checked. Our bills, valuations and final accounts are prepared so that another surveyor can follow the arithmetic and the basis of measurement without having to ask us what we did.
The firm’s principal began as a quantity surveyor on power stations, offshore platforms and high-rise buildings, and holds the RICS Test of Competence in Quantity Surveying alongside his later qualifications in construction law. The claims work this firm is known for is built on that.
