The contract is the instrument that decides who carries which risk, what happens when something changes, and what you are entitled to when it goes wrong. Most of the value is won or lost in how it is administered day to day, long before anyone reaches for a claim.
We advise employers, contractors and consultants on the administration of construction contracts from award to final account — the notices, the instructions, the records and the correspondence that determine your position if the project later goes into dispute.

How we work
We are engaged as advisor rather than as an extra layer of staff. That means we give you a view you can act on, in writing, in terms of the contract you actually signed — and we tell you when a position is not worth taking.
The firm’s principal has administered contracts under most of the forms in use across the Gulf and South Asia, and has sat on the other side of them as an independent determiner. Knowing how a clause is read when it is finally argued is a different thing from knowing what it says.

- Mixed-use development, Muscat, Oman. Acted as contracts and commercial manager within the project management consultancy team on a development built for a national pension fund, from 2021 until the employer issued the taking-over certificate in 2024 — working remotely from Sri Lanka and in Oman as required.
